1⁄2 Cup sliced mushrooms
1 Shallot, diced
3 Tbsp pine nuts
1 Tbsp olive oil
Pesto Yogurt Sauce:

1 Cup fresh basil leaves
1⁄2 Cup pine nuts
Juice from 1 lemon
1 Clove garlic, minced
1⁄2 tsp sea salt
