💛🫦💛 PRIMER will always help any loose pigment stick and last longer than not primming before application. I get asked what primer to use. If you have a light concealer, just use that it’s the best. Creamy and tacky. If you have dry eyelids, prime your lids with concealer then immediately apply the pigment. If you have oily eyelids, you can either prime with concealer then mattify with a setting powder, or just use powder as a primer then apply the pigments. Do what’s best for you.
