I decided to come home for my birthday this year and spend some time with ppl who have known and loved me wayyyy before I ever had anything. Sitting here reflecting on all the wins, loses and lessons of just the last 10 years and damn has it been a ride! I’ve co-founded a startup worth $30m+. I’ve trained 100+ NFL players.
