Scott’s cooking draws inspiration from Penfold’s famous wines, whilst giving a nod to his Japanese training from his last international post, working at the three Michelin-starred restaurant, Ryugin in Tokyo. @magillestaterestaurant and Scott Huggins share a contemporary approach to food, focussing on the importance of creating fresh, natural dishes with local produce.
