MAKE A REFRESHER WITH ME ๐๐ฅ๐๐
If youโre like me and struggle drinking water, I hope this refreshing drink can help!!! ๐

HOW TO MAKE:
โซ๏ธ1/2 - 1 full cucumber ๐ฅ
โซ๏ธ1/2 a lemon - 1 full if youโd like ๐ (helps with digestion & keeping you hydrated)
โซ๏ธA chunk of fresh ginger
โซ๏ธ1/2 cup pineapple juice
Then I fill the rest of my blender with water ๐ง
โซ๏ธfeel free to add in berries or watermelon to switch up the flavors ๐๐ there is really no right or wrong way to do this, itโs all about adding a little more or less of what tastes good to you!!!
Top with mint leaves for added flavor ๐
Blend, then top your glass with a strainer to get all the liquid out & there you have it!!! ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ
๐ฆ A good rule of thumb for drinking water is to drink half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 140 pounds, you should aim for at least 70 oz, this will also increase based on how active you are too!! ๐
