I don’t really post much. And I certainly don’t film myself working out very often. But hey I’m on a work trip, and had the gym to myself (hence the no mask and the filming) in nyc for a few days! Been working out hard for the last year or so since I ruptured my Achilles’ tendon and I’m feeling great.
