SAVVY Contemporary (@savvycontemporary), architects of the public programme opening Oscar Murillo’s (@lacachepli) A Storm Is Blowing From Paradise this September in Venice, is a laboratory of form-ideas, a discursive platform, place for good talks, food and drinks - a space for conviviality. SAVVY Contemporary (based in Berlin) situates itself at the threshold of notions of the West and non-West, to understand and deconstruct them. The organisation has realised a kaleidoscope of art exhibitions, performances, film screenings, lectures, concerts, readings, talks, dances. This won’t be the first time Frequencies and SAVVY Contemporary have met in Venice.
