When a client wants to see more brightness around the hairline this is what I do... I section out the front hairline and use the shampoo bowl to keep the hair tucked to the sides. Next apply the toner to the back section, let it process for 10 minutes (this will all depend on what line you’re using) and then go back and tone the front hairline only letting it process for the last 5 minutes. The reason I do this is because the front hairline is the most porous part of the hair. I found it sucks up the toner way faster than the rest of the hair.
