We’re big admirers of their work and are excited for them to open up very soon in Culver City. As fellow ice cream purveyors we have a mutual respect in working with excellent California produce such as the Arava melons from @weiserfamilyfarms . When we talked about a collaboration @akiraakuto told us of a childhood favorite. As @nickemontgomery elaborated, Melon Floats are ubiquitous in kissatens around Japan.
