INGREDIENTS: 2 oz Pamos Signature Spirit 2 oz pear juice 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 oz maple syrup Pinch of ground cinnamon METHOD: Brush the side of your glass with agave, then roll onto a plate with cinnamon sugar. Place glass in the freezer to set. Add Pamos Signature Spirit and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled. Strain into your prepped glass filled with ice.
