Can not even put into words the honor that was last night but I will definitely try!!!!! Got to attend a double feature of Nelson Sullivan’s World of Wonder followed by Party Monster the Documentary. Nelson Sullivan’s archive of footage from the 1980’s NY Downtown scene is something I studied from an early age and the main thing that pushed me to move to NYC. James St. James’ book and then movie Party Monster is also a major major source of inspiration for me and generations of nightlife / fashion / music / “scene” kids and to not only be in the same room as these people but to JOIN THEM ON STAGE AFTER WARDS for a Q&A was suchhhhhh a full circle pinch me moment omg!!!!!!!! Still can’t believe that happened, wow!!!!
