Post surgical correction 🥵 Always the most satisfying but challenging and stressful! Correction of surgical complications is possible but risky and limited. It should only be performed by experienced hands because the anatomy is different and unpredictable and the risks are high. I perform around 400 post surgical corrections every year and I turn away as many as I treat. I will talk in more detail about this delicate procedure later and will publish my results soon. For now, here is an example of a post surgical complication, with collapse of the bridge, scarred skin and unsupported tip.
