12 YEARS AGO TODAY! I had just gotten out of a similar open heart surgery called a “thymectomy”. Doctors suggested I have this surgery in hopes my body would reach remission from a disability I used to have called “Myasthenia Gravis”. After this surgery, my body never reached remission, and Doctors told me there was “no cure” and I had to take medication the rest of my life to live and to function like a normal person. Fast forward to JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2024! JESUS SPOKE TO ME and said: “I need you to do a fast. 40 days and 40 nights. I need you to give up 3 things for me during this fast. 1.Social Media 2. All meats 3.Your medicine “ I was TERRIFIED! I never fasted before, and never been without my medicine. Then he spoke again... “I do not give you the spirit of fear”! Right then and there I said okay lord I trust you! I flushed my medicine down the toilet, and began my fast! FAST FORWARD to the end of my fast. Day 41 came, and I realized I didn’t need my medicine anymore!!! I could walk, talk, eat, breath, SMILE, I could see straight. (Myasthenia causes Double Vision) I realized why he gave me the scripture on my baptism day ( 1 PETER 2:24 )!!! I also realized I had just turned 33 years old. JESUS was 33 when he died and ROSE AGAIN! I knew in that moment , JESUS HEALED ME!!! The old me DIED, and BECAUSE OF HIM I WAS A NEW CREATION, BY HIS WOUNDS I AM HEALED!!!! I AM LIVING PROOF THAT JESUS CHRIST STILL HEALS, RESTORES, AND GIVES PEOPLE A NEW LIFE IN HIM!
