Yikes! Today was rough. I found myself overwhelmed with a mother load of emotions. I’ve been thinking deeply and reflecting on all the strong women who raised me. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and today I’m wishing each and everyone of you happy Mother’s Day. I miss you all deeply. Thank you for ingraining strength and ambition into my being. Thank you for showing me the wonders of a strong and inquisitive mind. I wish I could tag each and everyone of you who’ve opened your hearts to me and shown me kindness throughout the years. I cried a little bit when I realized how many hands it took to lift me up so that I could have access to a bright future. Shout out to the mom who brought me into this world and the moms who took me under their wing and treated me like I was their own 🥲 I wish I was a billionaire someone’s so I could repay the debt Special word to the woman who gave me life: Mummy, I don’t think I could’ve done what you did to raise me.
