Having a very emo day today - I can’t believe these are finally out in the world! Let me tell you a bit about each of them!! The Buttermilk Mochi Pancake and Waffle Mix came about after years of John’s household-famous pancake sundays with the kids. John is a NUT about what he considers a perfect pancake - thick, buttery, and high syrup-absorption levels a must. Mochi makes these pancakes perfectly crispy on the outside with a nice, springy texture inside and adds such an insanely drool worthy flavor of vanilla that you can smell even before cooking! These. Are. Heaven. The Salted White Macadamia Nut Cookies had our entire set losing our minds when we first shot them for our last cookbook. Ultra buttery and topped with flakey sea salt (included!) these bake and brown to perfection every single time. They are INCREDIBLY addicting!! And finally, you all know my beloved chocolate chip banana bread that has captured the hearts of so many. I never would have thought that the saga for my search for brown bananas would lead to this insanely easy, moist and flavorful boxed edition but I’m so happy it lead us here. We did so many side by side tests and when I tell you nothing compares, I mean it. Thank you so much for being just as excited about these as we are.
