Do you know your “why”? Why do you want to prioritize acts of self-care like eating well, working out, meditating, etc.?⁠ ⁠ Often I hear reasons like “more energy,” “weight loss,” or “it’s good for me.” I don’t know about you, but none of those are very inspiring to me. In a world where I’m constantly confronted with choices that are harmful to my health, staying true to choices that make me feel good requires a TRULY INSPIRING “why.”⁠ ⁠ I challenge you to go deeper than you’ve ever gone with yourself and ask your soul, ‘what do we want?’, and in the deepest truth of yourself, ‘what do you crave? What are you here to do?’⁠ Because ultimately, that “why” will inform how you nourish... and therefore how you feel. ⁠
