REFINEMENT I am sitting in LA 12 months after strong decisions, big changes, and some beautiful reflections from life. At times I can rest in the knowing that... a step has been taken. But each steps is but a continuation of a journey. At this time not sitting with an eagerness for massive shifts, but more an awareness of what has happened over these past 12 months, entering a process of refinement. Some of my techniques and tactics have been shit application to what I have been yearning, what I have been trying to cultivate. The principles and ideas still hold. So with that... here is to another cycle of refinement.
