Not sure why I got away from consistently sharing my transformation but I think we should bring back transformation Tuesdays 🤣😛 . The truth is. When you’ve been sharing on social media this long (almost 10 years) it’s easy to get away from it because you don’t have a “huge” change anymore. But here’s the thing, I think that’s why I SHOULD share it more! The fact that this is a lifestyle change. It’s sustainable. It’s not a yo-yo. It’s doable and I did it all from home. . Sure I may dial it in more for certain things in life here and there and drop a couple lbs, but this photo on the right was taken after a night out, enjoying life with friends, having a couple drinks and enjoying the food. It’s me at 38 years old, after birthing 3 babies, and living life!! . I’ve found my happy place. Treating my body and myself with respect, by fueling it with good foods most of the time, moving my body 5 days a week, and finding balance in my daily life. . I used to think it had to be all or nothing. But here I am. The girl who loves fitness, takes back a greens shot like it’s nothing, but also never turns down a good appetizer or cocktail. . Let it be both. . Sometimes you just need to start...and if you need help starting, you know who to chat with 🙏🏼🫶🏼👌🏼😘
