It’s amazing how strong of a bond you can create with people online. You may have seen me post in my stories about @edit.party but didn’t take a dive into what it was. In short, a virtual cafe that started out as a place for editors and creators to hang out during the pandemic and not feel like they were alone while working and to be able to ask questions if need be. It all started with @cache_bunny making a 24hr zoom room for us to hang and share our screens and trouble shoot with each other. All of us on mute but someone shares music for us to all listen to. Best part is they are from all over the world! And once @monet.izabeth made us go viral on TikTok we had a ton of new faces that were a mix of students and jobs outside of being creative and was nice to get some different kinds of people. It’s been going on for 2years and we had our yearly meet up last month! So here’s a recap of my time hanging with them.
