Physique update.. weighting in at 215 lbs, 6 weeks post show (+27lbs from stage weight😳) This is the first time I took advantage of post show sensitivity and trained with intention and ate like a horse (all clean foods). Strength is increasing exponentially and we aren’t stopping anytime soon. 3rd place was the best thing that happened to me.
