Growing up, I never thought I was smart. I struggled in school, needing everything explained to me many times over to understand an assignment and even after that was often left confused, but the embarrassment of acting like I didn’t understand certain things in front of my classmates made me “pretend” I got it, which resulted in poor grades and never feeling I was smart enough. Fast forward to the present moment where I now have a case study on my Buisness that’s been running for 3 years @harvardhbs on, “How to win in the creator economy.” Each and every one of us has a gift from God that will come through us in so many different shapes and forms. The second I busted out of the box of what I thought wisdom and success looked like and started to do things that were authentic to me is when everything started to shift. So I want to leave you with this...Never Say Never. Because I certainly never in a million years thought I would be stepping foot on the campus of Harvard Buisness School to teach students how I built MWH. 🥹 I am smart, you are smart and all is if are smart in our very own way. Own that and wholeheartedly hone in on your skills and what lights you up everyday. That’s when life changes. Thank you professor Eva Ascarza for believing in me and professor @anitaelberse for introducing us. I’m forever grateful for this experience of a lifetime.
