When I first started my fitness journey I had so many questions I was so confused and so intimidated by the gym. Once I figured it out I felt like I wanted to help everyone and anyone get through those obstacles I once struggled with and share my experience so that they wouldn’t feel as alone as I did. I followed a few of the first fitness influencers at the time and seeing the positive impact they made on not only my journey but others was something I always wanted to be a part of. Being able to share my journey and help others on theirs from around the world is something so special to me that I’ll never take for granted.
