The past year+ has been so crazy busy - we bought a house, got married, and welcomed our baby boy! It’s been such a joyful and exciting time but I haven’t been able to post much on here besides a few brand obligations and very occasional meal😂. My husband has taken over the cooking for us but I’m really hoping to get back into it soon and post more regularly!🤞🤞🤞 No guarantees with a 3 month old though🤪. This sheet pan meal is something I made often while I was pregnant because it’s so easy, nutritious, and has minimal clean up! All you have to do is preheat your oven to 400f, toss some potatoes with oil/ salt/ pepper and roast them ~15min, slide them to the side of the pan and add the salmon and green beans (seasoned however you like - I did s&p, parsley, and garlic), and cook for ~10 more min.
