I took a much-needed day offline yesterday to soak in Mother’s Day — so first, Happy Mother’s Day 💐 to all the beautiful moms here. I imagined you were off enjoying well-deserved time with your families, maybe being pampered by your husband. I hope that was the case for you, as it was for me — a truly joyful and memorable day. The juxtaposition of motherhood is felt most in moments like tonight. As I sit here with tired eyes, I’m remembering what it felt like to be eight — every meal made for me, fresh sheets on my bed, no real worries... and most importantly, no bra. Needless to say, it’s been a tough night. My restless toddler just fell asleep, and I’m praying it lasts a few hours.
