A little over three years ago, we moved out of our expensive LA apartment & hit the road in our 33ft Airstream chasing a dream of living life to the fullest + doing work that we loved! We spent a few years traversing the lower 48, building a photography business that allowed the outdoors to be our office all while wondering where we would eventually settle down and call home. Last year we made the long drive up to Alaska & within a few days of crossing the border, I was sold and never wanted to leave. That led us to spend our first winter up here in our Airstream & we amazingly came out of it still convinced we wanted to call Alaska home. While buying our own land is definitely on the horizon, we continue to live off grid on public land, spend our days in the mountains & on glaciers, packrafting, hiking, climbing & pinching ourselves that this is real life. This city girl from PA never dreamed that her life would look this 😂⁣ ⁣ We have an 8 month old husky puppy named Bailey who is equally obsessed with spending all day outside & keeps us in shape with daily runs (I’m pretty sure she wishes she were a sled dog!) We are spending the last few snow free weeks moving around the state and marveling at the insane fall colors, but soon we’ll be parked in our winter spot & my feed will turn white for a while ❄️ Anyways, that’s a small glimpse into our life & what we’re up to!
