🌎 The world we live in today can be tough. ⁣ ⁣ 🙈It brings us to constantly compare ourselves to others via Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and beyond. ⁣ ⁣ Everywhere we turn there is the picture of someone who looks so happy, picture perfect, with the promise (almost) of a perfect life. ⁣ ⁣ It can be difficult, confusing, frustrating, maddening. ⁣ 🫂 Working on your self esteem and self confidence helps protect you from going down the comparison rabbit hole ⁣ ⁣ 👀 Awareness is also key.
