Pushing thru Jet lag is not an easy task. Do you agree?? How I deal with it? IN my experience , I try not to pressure myself the first 2 days. I try to drink extra water, exercise, maybe a green juice or two, and winding down as the evening comes in. Today after an extra super long flight (turned that page over) woke up at 4.30 am after realizing I was forcing myself to sleep and wasn’t working... I decided to spend time with myself and walk the garden, harvested some seeds to replant, then when nacho woke up an hour later (lucky him... got to sleep a bit more) we had mate 🧉 and went for stretch at the gym. Then had lunch, chilled and in the afternoon went to Pilates. Had dinner, now I’m finally feeling tiered... see you manana♥️
