I’m a little afraid of heights, so this really pushed me beyond my comfort zone. (The original video was almost 4 minutes of me -and my cheer-leaders, including strangers on a passing boat- trying to talk me into jumping off the bow of the boat). Some times in life, you just got to beat the fear and take the plunge. It’s always easier after the first jump. Al did it without much drama.
