The best jambalaya you’ll ever have! Recipe ⤵️ * Fire the Burch Barrel up to medium high heat * To a Dutch oven sauté 1lb of diced chicken breasts with 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of @oldbay_seasoning * Once your chicken is browned on all sides, add in 1 andouille sausage, diced * After 3-4 minutes add in 1 diced yellow onion, 1 diced green pepper, 1 diced celery stalk, 3 cloves garlic * Sauté for another 4 minutes before adding in 1 cup of Louisiana long grain rice, 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5oz), 1 Tbsp Old Bay, 1 tsp of salt and pepper, 2 tsp of hot sauce and 2 tsp of Worcestershire * Sauté your rice for 1 minute before adding in 2 cups of chicken stock and 3 bay leaves * Bring to a boil and then lower the coals on the Burch Barrel to a medium heat and simmer for another 15 minutes with the lid on (stir 1/2 way) * Add in 1lb of shrimp and cook for another 10 minutes or until rice is tender * Serve with green onions and enjoy!
