the throat chakra 🔵🧿 is pertinent to effective communication. communication of your deepest self. communication that if unspoken, throws off your entire being. opening up & allowing yourself to be vulnerable is a constant self-lesson. whether it be in friendships, romantic relationships, or even teaching your dog baby tricks, it’s necessary for open communication. i created this piece, “all in: self-portrait III” as a reminder for myself to voice what my insides whisper to me, to have more “honesty moments” in order to continue becoming my best self. 💙 ✌🏽
