TV journalist Michael Ausiello never imagined his memoir would evolve into a theatrical release directed by Michael Showalter. “It feels a little bit like a miracle,” he told our @caitlynnmcdaniel @spoileralertthefilm is a romantic dramedy based on Ausiello’s memoir, “Spoiler Alert: The Hero Dies.” The book/film follows Ausiello and his longtime partner Kit Cowan after Cowan is diagnosed with terminal cancer.
