A 'keyboard warrior' is a term used to describe someone who writes aggressive, strongly opinionated (and sometimes hateful) comments online, but would be unlikely to say them in person. But are these so-called 'keyboard warriors' entitled to their opinion online? Or is there more we should be doing to stem the flow of hateful comments online whilst preserving the right to free speech? ⌨️
