[save this recipe] PEANUT BUTTER ROCKY ROAD🍫🥜 I am thrilled to be working on @discovernew.nz’s Made with Care campaign to showcase all the delicious goodies that New Zealand has to offer...and what better way to enjoy them than with my Peanut Butter Rocky Road, with a kiwi twist! I mean, name a better combo than chocolate and peanut butter! 🤤 RECIPE👇🏽 (Serves 12 Gluten Free Dairy Free) •375g @whittakersnz Oat Milk Chocolate •20g @fixandfogg Everything Butter •20g @picspeanutbutter •1 teaspoon coconut oil •160g marshmallows, halved •75g @bluefrogbreakfast Macadamia Almond Manuka Honey granola, divided •20g raw pistachio, roughly chopped •15g puffed rice •5g dried flowers to decorate, optional Method 1. Line and grease a square baking tin, set aside. 2. Place @whittakersnz chocolate, @fixandfogg everything butter, @picspeanutbutter and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until melted. 3. In a separate bowl, combine marshmallows, 65g @bluefrogbreakfast granola, pistachios and puffed rice, then pour over the melted chocolate and mix well. 4. Transfer rocky road to the prepared tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining 10g @bluefrogbreakfast granola and dried flowers.
