We love this simple way to add in protein to a snack or breakfast staple! šŸ™Œ Are you ready to experiment with adding collagen protein into your recipes? šŸ“½ļø : @helloholloway Ingredients: 2/3 c All Purpose Flour (Or almond flour) 1/4 c Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder 3 tsp Any Sweetener 1.5 tsp Cornstarch Pinch Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 3 tsp Poppy Seeds One Egg 2.5 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 c Milk Substitute 1 tsp Lemon Extract Sprinkle Lemon Zest Directions: In one bowl, combine all dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients into wet, divide batter by 6 and place into muffin tin. Place in a 375 degree oven & bake for 17 minutes.
