This is one of my favorite GO-TO workouts. Save for later because it can be done on bike, row, ski or as a run. ☠️THE PYRAMID 💀 1-2-3-4-5-6(top)-5-4-3-2-1 I did 1km C2 bike, when done on other C2 ergs I do 500m row or 500m ski - running I do 400m. The workout flow is as follows: Go every 4min should be about 1:1 work rest or a little more than 2 min break so it’s a goooood recovery. Start moderate, increase speed fastest one should be the 6th interval then you start slowing down again but try to match or go a little faster then on the way up 😉 the 5-6-5-4 are the hardest ones then it’s just suck it up and finish 😅 If it doesn’t quite make sense then look at the end of the video then you see my splits and HR through the pice @whoop .
