Here’s me, earlier this week looking a little more glam, the reality is I’m in my pjs just after waking up from a nap. I’ve spent the day in the beacon under local Anaesthetic ( crazy how one minute your taking to the the doctor and next minute wake up in the recovery room) for a steroid injection in my lumbar spine. If you’ve a niggle pain in your body don’t over do it and don’t do what I did 🫣 rest and listen to your body ( and your hubby when he’s telling you to stop lifting heavy) 🫣 god knows how long I’ll be out of the gym and I miss it so bloody much! Can we all say a prayer this injection works and I’ll be back to myself soon cause I can’t take much more of this moping around, feeling sorry for myself 🫶🏻 ps love Chris’ shadow!
