Hey everyone! I’m Kayleigh, an ex teacher turned entrepreneur. I worked in education for 10 years and in that time I started my healthy journey whilst prepping for 2 holidays in 2013. My results were amazing, 42lbs body fat gone and everybody and their mama wanted to know what I did. I got taught simply how look after clients myself in my spare time, and saw a career opportunity that would stretch my potential and ambition more than teaching could. I also started an award winning fashion brand @bindlondon which is doing pretty good things in its 18 months of living.
