so a few weeks ago my good friend @darebalogun hit me up to chat about writing/journo bits, which ended up in me inviting him down to phonox for my residency to do a write up for each week. i’ve always thought dare is a really talented writer - equally humorous as he is insightful and intelligent with his words, so felt like this would be a good opportunity for him to show that. hosted on @vandelayradio, a community based radio station that has given so many artists a platform to share their work over the years (inc me!), as part of their zine - free from the shackles of big publication editorial censorship/direction to provide a really nice insight into what went down from the perspective of a music lover. i had almost 0 input in this, so all the word’s are dare’s - attached it in full here for you to read. please also check out the rest of the vandezine bits and also what dare has done. it’ll be well worth your time! finally - if anyone is looking for a budding young writer, you know who to hit up ✍️ trust the dj! 📸 @_yushy
