Quel plaisir de retrouver mes confrères et de déambuler avec @akrame_benallal dans ses ruelles, ses marchés et surtout ses restaurants au patrimoine méditerranéen. Partout où je suis allé, l’accueil était généreux, la cuisine colorée et séduisante. A commencer par El Xampanyet, une institution du quartier El Born, ici je déjeune avec Joan Carles Ninou. J’ai aussi retrouvé mon cher ami @albert.adria.acosta qui a réouvert @enigmaconcept depuis quelques semaines, après notre table éphémère #ADMO aux Ombres. Délicieux, il est à son plus haut niveau. Moment de partage incroyable avec @romainfornell , sur le rooftop de @ohla_barcelona où il officie chez @caelisbcn. J’ai aussi savouré cette convivialité chez @Estimar, beaucoup d’audace et de passion. Et, Bravo à @disfrutarbcn pour leur 3ème place au classement #50bestrestaurants, ils incarnent l’avant-garde d’une cuisine à l’accent méditerranéen que j’aime, merci @eduardxatruch. What a pleasure to meet up with my friends and stroll with @akrame_benallal through the city's narrow streets, markets and, above all, its restaurants with Mediterranean heritage. Everywhere I went, the welcome was generous, the cuisine colourful and seductive. Starting with El Xampanyet, an institution in the El Born district, where I had lunch with Joan Carles Ninou. I also met up with my dear friend @albert.adria.acosta who reopened @enigmaconcept a few weeks ago, after our pop up table #ADMO at Les Ombres. Delicious, he's at his best.
