This is my recap of day 1 at @sfbakinginstitute’s Japanese Home Baking class! As a long time baking enthusiast, this was my first time learning in a more formal setting and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our instructor, Miyuki, guided us through so many delicious bakes in just one day: Japanese cheesecake 🍰, milk bread 🍞, roll cake 🍓, and custard pudding 🍮.
