✨glow with the flow✨ #flowfest2024 at @usnwc was an absolute (baja) BLAST 🧘‍♀️ we started with a soul shine flow (where we literally manifested the actual sunshine), tried our hands and feet at acro yoga & learned that @ginamrichards is actually the strongest person in the world, did a meditation and shakti sound therapy class, took a LIFE-CHANGING qigong flow, and finished out the day with a glow-in-the-dark vinyasa in the woods 🌳🌟 So grateful for this opportunity to learn new things, try new styles of this practice I love, and spend a WHOLE day with these beautiful souls.
