The rebel of the Ball🔪 The 1920’s ushered many unique elements to style! Fringes were one the most symbolic details to the roaring era. I wanted to reference fringes and modernize the flapper girl. I saved so many clips and still images of Lynn Whitfield acting as Josephine baker , than went and started to save photos of the original Josephine baker. We wanted a design that would be unique , hold the essence of the Harlem renaissance and have major sex appeal. So I called the one and only @ebraheema.gueye !! Ibrahima designs his dresses with bio acetate fringes !
