How about cooking some Taiwanese Braised pork rice to cheer up for next week?
Chef @hesen_liu from @restaurant_linglong shares with us his recipe of this traditional home-cooking dish in Taiwan. Pouring the braised pork over well-cooked rice, it’s a perfect comforting meal for getting some energy!
Tips of chef: Leaving 1/3 of the amount of the sauce in frozen each time, when you cook a new patch, add the old sauce in to make the flavor more intense!
Measurement equivalent:
500g = 17.6 oz
300g = 10.6 oz
125g = 4.4 oz
105g = 3.7 oz
100g = 3.5 oz
25g = 0.9 oz
20g = 0.7 oz
12g = 0.4 oz
2g = 0.1 oz
