Taking a tour through photos today, and answering so of the most asked questions: • COST - we shared this in our stories yesterday, but some of the many factors that go into pricing are contractor demand in your area, the level of finishes you decide on, lot readiness, and local coding requirements. I've heard some people recently say $150/sq ft and we heard up to $350/ sq ft. Truly it is best to get quotes for your specific home & area. • LOT - our lot is just under a .5 acre and situated on a corner. So, we were able to support the addition within the build lines and still have plenty of remaining space for backyard fun. • TIMING - our entire project took a year, but we also has some major renovations occurring within the main house as well. • BLUEPRINTS - after popular demand, I've spoken to our architect and we are going to create plans for those interested in purchasing. This way you can take the baseline to a builder in your area and have them adjust to your specific lot needs. • BUILDER - we are always happy to share our builders information, shoot me a DM and ill send it your way.
