Flowers that I picked from where our family home would have stood in Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. The Ukrainian boys I met at the school my Opa and generations of our family went to. I was the first to go back after our family had to leave in the 1940s, I really hope I’m not the last. Can’t stop thinking about all the wonderful kids we met there. Praying they’re safe.
