Croissant 🥐 time with Presley. . . If I’m going to highlight reels, I better highlight the real. My headspace has been pretty rough lately. I’m very fortunate for all of the exciting experiences and events, but many moments where I feel like I’m moving way too fast, in too many directions & trying to do too much at once. Where I almost don’t feel joy in the moment because my 🧠is already focused on the next thing I need to do. I’m sure a lot of you can relate to that battery low feeling 🪫@julialstern keeps reminding me brain health is true wealth so before tonight’s ✈️, I blocked time to spend with Presley (& no 💻) Hopefully this chocolate croissant is considered brain food. #mentalhealthmatters
