Behind the scenessss shooting the ‘Alpha’ visualiser with @furmaan.ahmed @benjoleggett and @ivoralice 🌪 Alpha is kind of a conversation between two parts of myself ~ the shy and anxious side, and the confident “alpha” side... when I felt too anxious to go to school, or approach groups of people, or even to ask for a ketchup packet at a restaurant 😭, I would dream of a day that I wouldn’t even think twice about those things.
