Taco stuffed Jack O’ Lanterns, and literally the only extra effort is cutting out the faces. if it makes my kids excited to eat them I’ll carve faces all day 😉 recipe below! • 4 bell peppers 1 pound ground beef 1 small yellow onion, diced 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning 3/4 cup of water 2 Tablespoons tomato paste 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 10oz can of diced tomatoes 1 cup of shredded cheese + I used the Taco Stuffed Peppers recipe from @thecozycook but any recipe works! Cut the face into the peppers right after removing the insides (before baking them on their own- not stuffed yet) * other note is I go mild and sometimes a little lighter with the taco seasoning when making for my kids so it’s not spicy! * idea is from @macy.blackwell on TikTok 🤍
