Firstly ... let’s scrap the word perfect Secondly ... why do we really strive for so much validation based on how we look? I spent years only “succeeding” if I looked good enough (according to others) Which then led me down a dark path, creating unhealthy habits and an obsession to want to always look amazing, because if I didn’t then I wasn’t good enough ..... this didn’t go too well FYI!
