Proud of my reverse phase coming out of my last show. 3x I have failed a proper reverse. This time around as soon as I heard 🥉 I knew I had work to do. I didn’t think about food, or having fun again as I was no longer going to be in prep. I envisioned a better physique and the work that had to be done. I got on my shit and trained harder then ever, ate a fk ton of proper food and I was seeing results like never before. To start I went from 188lbs ➡️ 222lbs at my peak weight. All my lifts skyrocketed 225lbs incline bench for 5 ➡️ 300lbs 3x4 315 rackpull for 7 ➡️ 600 for 3 Squat 315 for 5 ➡️ 405 for 4 (unfortunately 4 weeks post show I injured my knee and haven’t squatted since. So I’m sure they number would have been much higher) I’m now officially 8 weeks post show and decided to give my body a rest. I’ve trained 5x a week for over a year and never took more then 1 rest day in a row. I’m giving my body a full week off any training (4 days in right now) and it feels amazing! Rest is 🔑
